Adding Users
Need to add another user to your account? We offer two user levels:
- Basic User
- This gives the user access to check leads. It does not give the user the ability to view or change any service settings. Basic user access is a great option for CSRs.
OR
- This gives the user access to check leads. It does not give the user the ability to view or change any service settings. Basic user access is a great option for CSRs.
- Super User
- This gives the user access to view and edit all areas of your Glass.com profile.
To add a user, simply email your request to hello@glass.com with the following information:
- Whether the user should be a Basic User or a Super User
- The first and last name of the user
- The email address of the user
Once the user has been created, they will receive a password reset email to set their password. Once the password has been reset, they will be able to log in to their new account.
Removing Users
To remove a user from your account, simply email your request to hello@glass.com with the following information:
- The first and last name of the user
- The email address of the user
Updating User Contact Information
To update contact information for a user, simply email your request to hello@glass.com with the following information:
- The current first and last name of the user
- The current email address of the user
- The new information that should replace the current information
